When this button is pressed, a defogger warms the driver's and passenger's outside rearview mirrors to help clear them of ice, snow, and condensation.

If the vehicle has a rear window defogger, the heated mirrors also come on when this button is pressed. See "Rear Window Defogger" under Dual Automatic Climate Control System for more information.
