Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove door upper trim panel. Refer to Upper Extension Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove door window control switch. Refer to Door Lock and Side Window Switch Replacement - Driver Side and Door Lock and Side Window Switch Replacement - Passenger Side .
3. Remove door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

Front Side Door Inside Handle Bolt (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Front Side Door Inside Handle Assembly

Tip

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. If replacing the door handle, transfer heated seat switch to new handle. Refer to Front Seat Heater Switch Replacement .
