Body Side Rear Drain Duct Replacement Avalanche

1. Remove the rear compartment cover assembly.
2. Remove the assist handle. Refer to Endgate Assist Handle Replacement .
3. Remove the cargo box stowage lid assembly. Refer to Cargo Box Stowage Box Lid Replacement .
4. Remove the lamp socket from the pickup box side courtesy lamp.
5. Remove the cargo box stowage box . Refer to Cargo Box Stowage Box Replacement .



6. Remove the push-pin retainers from the duct assembly.
7. Remove the drain hose and grommet from the inner fender wheelwell.
8. Remove the duct assembly from the vehicle.

1. Install the duct assembly to the vehicle.
2. Insert the drain hose and grommet to the inner fender wheelwell.
3. Insert the push-pin retainers to the duct assembly.
4. Install the cargo box stowage box . Refer to Cargo Box Stowage Box Replacement .
5. Install the lamp socket to the pickup box side courtesy lamp assembly.
6. Install the cargo box stowage lid assembly. Refer to Cargo Box Stowage Box Lid Replacement .
7. Install the assist handle. Refer to Endgate Assist Handle Replacement .
8. Install the rear compartment cover assembly.
