Rear Seat Replacement 60/40 Split

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front and the rear leg trim covers.
  2. Remove the seat back recliner handle screw from the trim panel, if equipped.
  3. Remove the jack assembly, if required.
  4. Remove the covers in order to access the seat bolts.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors, if equipped.
  6. Remove the seat retaining bolts.

  8. Remove the seat from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 276317  Size: SH
  1. Install the seat into the vehicle.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the seat retaining bolts.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  5. Connect the electrical connectors, if equipped.
  6. Install the jack assembly, if removed.
  7. Install the covers to the seat bolts.
  8. Install the seat back recliner handle screw, if removed.
  9. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  10. Install the front and the rear leg trim covers.

Rear Seat Replacement Bucket

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front and the rear leg trim covers.
  2. Remove the covers in order to access the seat bolts.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors, if equipped.
  4. Remove the seat retaining bolts.

  6. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
