The defroster nozzle is obstructed.

•	Inspect the defroster nozzle.

•	Remove any foreign objects.

•	Repair any loose instrument panel pad that blocks an outlet.

The defroster air valve actuator is faulty.

•	Inspect the defroster air valve operation.

•	Replace any faulty actuator valve as necessary.
