Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the radiator grille reinforcement support. Refer to Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support Replacement.
2. Remove the radiator support diagonal brace. Refer to Radiator Support Diagonal Brace Replacement.
3. Remove the upper fan shroud bolts. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement.
4. Remove the upper radiator bolts. Refer to Radiator Replacement.
5. Remove the upper condenser bolts. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement.

Upper Tie Bar Bolt (Qty: 6)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)
