  1. Inspect the vehicle trim height. Refer to Trim Height .
  2. Repair as necessary.

Inspect the following suspension components for wear or damage. Refer to Suspension Strut and Shock Absorber Testing - On Vehicle .

    • Springs
    • Shock Absorbers

Are any of the components worn or damaged?

Replace all worn or damaged components.

    • For front shock absorber, refer to Shock Absorber Replacement in Front Suspension.
    • For rear shock absorber, refer to Shock Absorber Replacement in Rear Suspension.
    • For coil spring replacement, refer to Front Coil Springs Replacement in Front Suspension.
    • For torsion bar replacement, refer to Torsion Bar Replacement in Front Suspension.
    • For leaf spring replacement, refer to Leaf Spring Replacement in Rear Suspension.
