Condition/Concern:
Some customers may state there is no radio sound through the wireless infrared headphones.
Recommendation/Instructions:
This is normal operation. Please do not replace any components to try to resolve this concern. Video audio or CD audio that is played through the DVD player is the only source of sound that is available through the wireless infrared headphones.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
