Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1505517 Size: SH
  1. Remove the cooling blade(s). Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement.
  2. Remove the cooling fan motor bolts.
  3. Remove the cooling fan motor(s).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1505517 Size: SH
  1. Install the cooling fan motor(s).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the cooling fan motor bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the cooling fan blades. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement.

  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the cooling fans.

Cooling Fan Motor Bolts (Qty: 6)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)
