Removal Procedure
- Remove the I/P cluster trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
- Insert a flat bladed tool at the top and bottom of the switch assembly as shown in the graphic in order to pry it out.
- Pull out the switch assembly in order to gain access to the connector.
- Disconnect the wire connector.
- Remove the switch from the I/P.
The rear wiper switch (1) is replaced as an assembly if the vehicle is equipped with front fog lamps.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the wire connector to the switch assembly.
- Push in the switch assembly (1,2) until both tabs click in place.
- Install the I/P cluster trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
