Customer may have a concern of loud or excessive road noise when driving. The concern is heard mostly on concrete/pavement roads at all vehicle speeds,

Vehicles equipped with RPO (QJP) tires are designed for off-road use. These tires exhibit noise on the inside of the vehicle when driving on pavement. This is considered a normal concern and no repairs should be attempted to resolve this concern.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
