Condition/Concern:
Customer may comment on a slight driveline growl or vibration noise at low speed/rpm when crowding the throttle on 4WD vehicles.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Inform customer that this is a normal operating characteristic for this vehicle. Also refer to New Model Features Bulletin # 07-00-89-059 under Unique Characteristics to for more details.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
