J 36850 Transjel®


    Object Number: 181642 Size: SH
  1. Lubricate the valve with DEXRON®III automatic transmission fluid.
  2. Install the pressure regulator valve (216).
  3. Install the pressure regulator valve spring (215) and spring seats (214).
  4. Install the oil pump boost valve (213) into the boost valve sleeve.
  5. Install the oil pump boost valve sleeve (212).
  6. Install the oil pump boost valve sleeve retainer pin (211).

    7. Object Number: 181643 Size: SH
  7. Lubricate the valves with DEXRON®III automatic transmission fluid.
  8. Install the clutch control valve (217).
  9. Install the clutch control valve spring (218).
  10. Install the control valve bore plug (219).
  11. Install the converter clutch control valve bore plug retainer pin (220).

    12. Object Number: 181644 Size: SH
  12. Install the second clutch oil seal rings (225).

    13. Object Number: 181634 Size: SH
  13. Install the oil pump outer seal (223).
  14. Install the oil pump to case gasket (207). Retain with J 36850 Transjel® or equivalent.
