    Object Number: 181668 Size: SH
  1. Remove the servo piston seal ring (163).
  2. Inspect the seal ring for:
    3. • nicks
    • burrs
    • side damage

  3. Remove the servo piston adjusting screw lock nut (165).
  4. Position the servo piston (162) and sleeve (158) in a press.
  5. Compress the servo piston cushion spring (161).
  6. Remove the cushion spring retainer (159).
  7. Release the cushion spring (161).
  8. Remove the servo piston from the press.
  9. Remove the servo piston adjusting sleeve (158).
  10. Inspect the servo piston adjusting sleeve for nicks and burrs.
  11. Remove the servo piston cushion spring seat (160).
  12. Remove the servo piston cushion spring (161).
  13. Remove the servo piston adjusting screw (164).
