Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the negative battery cables.
  2. Remove the electrical connector from the solenoid.
  3. Remove the vacuum hoses.

    4. Object Number: 25300 Size: SH
  4. Remove the EPR solenoid mounting bolt (2).
  5. Remove the EPR solenoid (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 25300 Size: SH
  1. Install the EPR solenoid (1).
  2. Install EPR solenoid mounting bolt (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten mounting bolt to 6.0 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the vacuum hoses.
  4. Install the electrical connector to the solenoid.
  5. Install the negative battery cables.
