    Object Number: 431996 Size: LH
  1. Install the throttle valve adjusting screw spring and the throttle valve adjusting screw into the upper valve body (if equipped), verifying that the throttle valve adjusting screw is installed in the same position from which it was removed. Secure with throttle valve adjusting screw retainer.
  2. Install the following components into the upper valve body, securing with one key (16):
    3. • The check valve (13)
    • The reverse shift restrict ball (14)
    • The check valve plug (15)
  3. Install the following components into the upper valve body, securing with one key (12):
    4. • The 3-4 shift valve (9)
    • The 3-4 shift valve spring (10)
    • The 3-4 shift valve plug (11)
  4. Install the following components into the upper valve body, securing with one key (7):
    5. • The check valve (4)
    • The reverse shift restrict ball (5)
    • The check valve plug (6)
  5. Install the following components into the upper valve body, securing with one key (19):
    6. • The throttle valve (17)
    • The downshift plug spring (18)
    • The downshift plug (20)

  6. Install the following components into the upper valve body (1), securing with one key (3):
    7. • The lock-up relay valve (6)
    • The lock-up relay valve spring (5)
    • The lock-up relay valve sleeve (4)
  7. Install the following components into the valve body, securing with one key (7):
    8. • The secondary regulator valve spring (10)
    • The secondary regulator valve (9)
    • The secondary regulator valve plug (8)
  8. Install the following components into the valve body:
    9. • The manual valve
    • The manual valve link
