Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 168490 Size: MH
  1. Remove the front seat belt lower bolt .
  2. Remove the center pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement -- Upper Center Pillar in Interior Trim.

    3. Object Number: 380309 Size: SH
  3. Remove the front seat belt bolt from the guide adjuster.

    4. Object Number: 168494 Size: MH
  4. Remove the front seat shoulder belt guide adjuster bolts (2).
  5. Remove the right and/or left front seat shoulder belt guide adjuster (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 168494 Size: MH
  1. Install the front seat shoulder belt guide adjuster (1).
  2. Install the bolts (2) to the right and/or left front seat shoulder belt guide adjuster (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the right and/or left front seat shoulder belt guide adjuster bolts to XX N·m (XX lb in)

  3. Install the front seat shoulder belt to the guide adjuster bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the right and/or left front seat shoulder belt to guide adjuster bolt to XX N·m (XX lb ft)

  4. Install the center pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement -- Upper Center Pillar in Interior Trim.

    5. Object Number: 168490 Size: MH
  5. Install the right and/or left front lower seat belt bolt.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the right and/or left front lower seat belt bolt to XX N·m (XX lb ft).
