Front Bumper Fascia Bracket Replacement Model

1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement -- Front Bumper.



2. Remove the bolts attaching the fascia retainer.
3. Remove the fascia retainer.



4. Remove the bolts attaching the fascia bracket.
5. Remove the fascia bracket.

1. Position the fascia bracket to the impact bar.

Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

2. Install the bolts attaching the fascia bracket to the impact bar.

Tighten
Tighten the fascia bracket bolts to XX N·m (XX lb in).




3. Install the bolts attaching the fascia retainer to the fascia bracket.

Tighten
Tighten the fascia retainer bolts to XX N·m (XX lb in).




4. Install the fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement -- Front Bumper.
