Front Bumper Fascia Support Replacement Model

1. Remove/ Loosen the front fender liners. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.



2. Remove the bolts that attach the front bumper fascia to the front bumper fascia side supports.
3. Remove the bolts that attach the front bumper fascia side supports to the radiator support.
4. Remove the front bumper fascia side supports from the front bumper fascia.

1. Install the front bumper fascia side supports to the front bumper fascia.

Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

2. Install the bolts that attach the front bumper fascia side support to the radiator support.

Tighten
Tighten the front bumper fascia side supports bolts to XXX N·m (XXX lb in).

3. Install the bolts that attach the front bumper fascia to the side support.

Tighten
Tighten the front bumper fascia side support bolts to XXX N·m (XXX lb in).

4. Install the front fender liners. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
