Removal Procedure

    Caution: When you are performing service on or near the SIR components or the SIR wiring, you must disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System. Failure to follow the correct procedure could cause air bag deployment, personal injury, or unnecessary SIR system repairs.

  1. [REMOVAL PROCEDURE WILL VARY -- VEHICLE SPECIFIC]

    2. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to [ADD LINK].

  2. Remove the seat back frame. Refer to [ADD LINK].
  3. Remove the front seat cushion. Refer to [ADD LINK].
  4. Remove the recliner. Refer to [ADD LINK].

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 547163 Size: SH
  1. Transfer any remaining seat components to the new adjuster assembly: [BULLETED LIST VEHICLE SPECIFIC]
    2. • The seat adjuster motors (1, 3, 5).
    • The adjuster cables / sensors (2, 4).
    • The wiring
    • The clips
  2. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to [ADD LINK].
  3. Install the seat back frame to the seat adjuster. Refer to [ADD LINK].
  4. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to [ADD LINK].
