Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear tire and wheel. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Tires and Wheels.

  2. Object Number: 71250  Size: SH
  3. Remove the fasteners attaching the rear wheelhouse panel.
  4. Remove the wheelhouse panel.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 71250  Size: SH
  1. Position the wheelhouse panel.
  2. Install the upper outer fastener.
  3. Install the upper center fasteners.
  4. Position the lower front corner of the wheelhouse liner panel behind the door opening finish panel and install the attaching fastener.
  5. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  6. Install the remaining bolts attaching the wheelhouse liner panel to the wheelhouse.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the rear wheelhouse liner bolts to 1.9 N·m (17 lb in).

  8. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Tires and Wheels.
