Removal Procedure
  1. Open and support the endgate.

    2. Object Number: 300359 Size: SH
  2. Gently release the retaining clips in order to remove the lower end of the endgate strut from the ball stud on the endgate.
  3. Gently release the retaining clip in order to remove the upper end of the endgate strut from the ball stud on the body.
  4. Remove the strut from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 300359 Size: SH
  1. Push on the end of the strut in order to install the upper end of the endgate strut to the ball stud on the body.
  2. Push on the end of the strut in order to install the lower end of the endgate strut to the ball stud on the endgate.
