Removal Procedure
  1. Open the rear compartment lid.
  2. Remove the compartment lid trim. Refer to [ADD LINK].
  3. Remove the backup lamp. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Lighting Systems.

    4. Object Number: 333517 Size: SH
  4. Remove the latch release cable (1) from the lid lock cylinder (2).

    5. Object Number: 459964 Size: SH
  5. Remove the retainer (2) securing the lid lock cylinder (1) to the rear compartment lid. [CHECK SPECIFIC VEHICLE FOR BOLTS]
  6. Remove the lid lock cylinder (1) from the rear compartment lid.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 459964 Size: SH
  1. Install the lid lock cylinder (1) to the rear compartment lid.
  2. Install the retainer (2) in order to secure the lid lock cylinder (1) to the rear compartment lid. [CHECK SPECIFIC VEHICLE FOR BOLTS]

    3. Object Number: 333517 Size: SH
  3. Install the latch release cable (1) to the lid lock cylinder (2).
  4. Install the backup lamp. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Lighting Systems.
  5. Install the rear compartment lid trim. Refer to [ADD LINK].
  6. Close the rear compartment lid.
