Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Seats.
  2. Remove the rear shelf panel. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Interior trim.

  3. Object Number: 474294  Size: SH
  4. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the rear sunshade (2) to the rear shelf (3).
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  6. Remove the rear sunshade (2) from the rear shelf (3).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 474294  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear sunshade (2) to the rear shelf (3).
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the fasteners (1) in order to secure the rear sunshade (2) to the rear shelf (3).
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the retainer bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb. ft.).

  6. Install the rear shelf panel. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the rear seat back. Refer to [ADD LINK] in Seats.
