Makes 🢒 Generic 🢒 2002 🢒 Unit Repair 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 5.7L (LS1 Export) 🢒 Throttle Body Removal

    Object Number: 222051 Size: SH

    Important: The intake manifold, throttle body, fuel injection rail, and fuel injectors may be removed as an assembly. If not servicing the individual components, remove the manifold as a complete assembly.

  1. Remove the electrical wire harness connectors from the throttle body.
  2. Remove the engine coolant air bleed hose and clamp.
  3. Remove the throttle body bolts.
  4. Remove the throttle body.

    5. Object Number: 490580 Size: SH
  5. Remove the throttle body gasket (1).

    6. Important: DO NOT use the throttle body gasket again.

    Install a NEW gasket during assembly.

  6. Discard the gasket.
