Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1558611 Size: SH
  1. Open the front door.
  2. Remove the front inside door handle screw cover, located in the center of the handle. Fastener cover is hinged at the rear, insert a tool at the forward edge of the cover to remove.
  3. Remove the screw from the inside door handle.
  4. Remove the inside door handle from the trim panel.
  5. Unhook the front inside door handle cable clip from the door handle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1558611 Size: SH
  1. Hook the front inside door handle cable to the inside handle.
  2. Install the inside door handle to the door trim panel.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the screw to the inside door handle.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2 N·m (89 lb in).

    Install the front inside door handle screw cover.

  4. Inspect the front inside door handle for proper operation.
  5. Close the front door.
