Radiator Drain Cock Replacement for Generic Unit Repair 2006

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .



2. Remove the radiator drain plug by unscrewing counter clockwise and pulling straight out. The seal usually comes out attached to the plug.
3. Clean the drain and the drain plug.

1. Install the seal on the drain plug stem.
2. Install the drain plug by screwing in a clockwise direction. Make sure that the body is fully seated in the side tank.
3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
