Removal Procedure
- Relieve fuel pressure. Refer to
Fuel Pressure Relief.
- Remove the fuel line fittings from the fuel filter.
- Remove the clamp bolt.
- Remove the filter and the clamp from fuel lines.
- Remove the clamp from filter.
Installation Procedure
- Install the clamp to filter.
- Install the filter and clamp to fuel lines.
- Install the clamp bolt.
- Install the fuel line fittings to the fuel filter.
- Inspect for fuel leaks. Perform the following:
| 5.1. | Ignition ON for 2 seconds. |
| 5.2. | Ignition OFF for 10 seconds. |
| 5.3. | Ignition ON, inspect for fuel leaks. |
