Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 228619 Size: SH
  1. Remove the throttle body from the intake manifold. Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the four screws from the idle air control (IAC) valve.
  3. Remove the idle air control (IAC) valve and gasket from throttle body.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 228619 Size: SH
  1. Install the idle air control (IAC) valve and a new gasket to throttle body.
  2. Secure the IAC valve with four screws.
  3. Install the throttle body to intake manifold. Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement .
