Some early 1985 'M' cars with manual transmissions may exhibit an objectionable driveline disturbance due to clutch shudder. The shudder usually occurs during vehicle launch in first or reverse gear and is most noticeable on steep grades.
This shudder condition can be corrected by installing the following applicable replacement parts on vehicles built prior to the designated V.I.N.'s.
