SYMPTOMS MAY INCLUDE LONG CRANKING TIMES, START/STALL, UNSTABLE IDLES OR FAILURE TO START. IF NORMAL SERVICE PROCEDURES DO NOT CORRECT THE CONDITION, NEW CALIBRATIONS WITH IMPROVED COLD STARTABILITY HAVE BEEN RELEASED. WHEN USING THE TECH 1 TOOL AND EEPROM SERVICE CARTRIDGE, TK06030A AND DATE CARTRIDGE, TK06032 SELECT THE APPROPRIATE CALIBRATION NUMBER:

1.6L SOHC FEDERAL WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSION - 16165809.

THE ABOVE CALIBRATIONS MAY ALSO BE USED WITH CAMS.
