THE CHEVROLET/GEO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE CENTER IS COMMITTED TO GENUINE CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. ROADSIDE PROVIDES SECURITY AND CONVENIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT OF AN ON-ROAD FAILURE OR EMERGENCY SITUATION THROUGH A TOLL-FREE 800 NUMBER, 24 HOURS A DAY, 365 DAYS A YEAR. ROADSIDE MEMBERSHIP IS FREE, SOME SERVICES MAY INCUR COSTS.
ROADSIDE OFFERS TWO LEVELS OF SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER, BASIC CARE AND COURTESY CARE.

USE THE DATE AND MILEAGE WHEN THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AS THE R.O. DATE AND MILEAGE.
-ANY UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT THAT IS NOT PRE-ARRANGED BY DEALERSHIP OR WHOLESALE MANAGEMENT IS SUBJECT TO DENIAL.

-IT IS THE DEALER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE COURTESY CARE SERVICES OR NEGOTIATE WITH LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ESTABLISH AN AGREEMENT WITH COMPETITIVE RATES AND QUALITY SERVICE STANDARDS, WHICH ALLOWS THE PROVIDER TO BILL THE DEALERSHIP DIRECT FOR COVERED ITEMS WITHIN THE COURTESY CARE PROGRAM.

-THE ROADSIDE CASE NUMBER (P.O.) AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER'S RECEIPT WILL ACT AS THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR PROCESSING COURTESY CARE CLAIMS; THEREFORE, THE ROADSIDE FAX WILL BE DISCONTINUED.
