Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Support the rear axle at curb height.

    3. Object Number: 793283 Size: SH
  3. Remove the stabilizer shaft link nut and bolt from the frame bracket.
  4. Remove the stabilizer shaft link nut from the ball stud.
  5. Remove the stabilizer shaft link.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 793283 Size: SH
  1. Install the stabilizer shaft link.

    2. Important: When tightening the lower link nut verify that the inner jam nut bottoms out on the ball stud.


    Object Number: 613612 Size: SH
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft link nut to the ball stud.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 793283 Size: SH
  3. Install the stabilizer shaft link nut and bolt to the frame bracket.

    4. Tighten

    1. Tighten the link to frame bracket nut to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).
    2. Tighten the ball stud to stabilizer shaft nut to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).
  4. Remove the rear axle support.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
