Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1842082 Size: MH
  1. Lower the headliner as necessary. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Accessing the screw on the top side of the module, remove the sunshade panel rubber stops.
  3. Remove the sunshade panel by sliding rearward out of the sunroof module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1842082 Size: MH
  1. Install the sunshade panel by sliding forward into the sunroof module.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the sunshade panel rubber stops.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the stop screws to 3 N·m (26 lb in).

  3. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
