Removal Procedure
  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the high mounted stop lamp. Refer to High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 880552 Size: SH
  3. Remove all the fasteners (1,2) retaining the applique to the liftgate.
  4. Remove the liftgate applique from the liftgate.

Installation Procedure
  1. Align the liftgate applique to the liftgate.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 880552 Size: SH
  2. Install the outer applique fasteners (1).
  3. Install the inner applique fasteners (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the high mounted stop lamp. Refer to High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement .
  5. Close the liftgate.
