Info - Electronically Controlled Air Suspension (ECAS) DTC C0660 Set In History with No Light or Message

If a technician, while using a Tech 2®, should encounter a DTC C0660 stored in history, simply delete the code. This code can be set in history upon a rapid ignition cycle from "ACCESSORY" to "CRANK" while the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is performing a self-test. This condition may only occur with a "green" engine, which causes a significant voltage drop during initial crank.

There is no effect on the function of the ECAS system and there will not be cause for concern for any customer. The code can be cleared by the technician with the Tech 2® or the code will clear itself after 100 ignition cycles and should not reset.
