When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

The NAV Radio system is not available with a factory installed CD changer. The DVD slot can be used to play a CD, but not while using the system for mapping. In addition, the DVD system can be used for mapping or to play a CD, but has no other functional capabilities. It is imperative that customer expectations of the NAV Radio system are clarified up front.

And finally, no attempts should be made to retrofit a 2003 MY H2 with a 2004 NAV Radio system. There is an incompatibility with the Bose amplifiers, issues with installation of the GPS antenna, and complications in providing a speed pulse to the radio. Numerous '03 owners are inquiring about this retrofit and it is not recommended.
