This PI was superseded to add ext numbers per visual logics, calls were going to wrong area's of the company. Please discard PIT3620.
The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Certain Hummer H2's were equipped with a Promotional GM Accessory DVD system that can be identified by the headrest monitors and a DVD player that is only located in the center console.
Recommendation/Instructions:
When looking for service information and/or parts when servicing the Entertainment system on a 2003-2005 H2 Hummer equipped with the headrest video monitors. Please contact Visual Logic's ( at 1-800-624-7960 Ext: 127 or 170 ) for any service or parts issues that are related to the Promotional GM Accessory DVD Entertainment System.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
