Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 827781 Size: SH
  1. Remove the overhead console from the headliner.

    2. Object Number: 827783 Size: SH
  2. Remove the broken door from the headliner.


    3. Object Number: 827776 Size: SH
  3. Remove the broken gear assembly from the console.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 827776 Size: SH
  1. Install the new door to the gear assembly overhead console.

    2. Object Number: 827788 Size: SH
  2. Install the new door to the overhead console.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Attach the overhead console to the headliner.

    4. Object Number: 827781 Size: SH

    Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
