Adm Msg - 2005 HUMMER H2 Exterior Paint Protection

The HUMMER H2 assembly plant is now installing protective plastic sheeting on various exterior body panels to protect the vehicle from paint mutilation during the shipping process and while in storage at your dealership. Please ensure that paint protection materials, both the plastic sheeting and the door foam blocks remain on all vehicles until such a time that the vehicle is being prominently displayed or delivered to a customer. This will significantly reduce the potential for paint damage.
