The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

Should you detect a wind noise from the front of the sunroof at highway speeds, check for a condition where the sunroof deflector brackets appear to be bent rearward. This prevents a good seal when the sunroof is closed. The brackets should be vertical and flush with the sheet metal along the front edge of the sunroof opening. They can usually be repositioned by loosening the fasteners and holding the brackets in the full forward position while retightening. If not, it will be necessary to replace the brackets assuring they are positioned flush against the front edge of the sunroof opening sheet metal.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
