The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

Customers may complain of excessive closing effort of the optional hard tonneau cover for the H2 SUT. Unfortunately, any adjustments or repair attempts will not improve this condition with the current design due to the size of the door. Suggest to the customer that they open the tailgate slightly while closing the cover. This will allow it to close very easily. Then the tailgate can be closed. Tonneau cover modifications to improve this condition are currently being evaluated.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
