The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

An analysis of warranty data indicates that there are a number of H2's that have received both a rear air suspension compressor replacement and also the compressor relay. A number of compressors also continue to be returned and no trouble can be found. Prior to replacing a compressor, be sure to verify that the relay is functioning properly. Its location under the hood, just below the master cylinder, is not readily apparent. Refer to SI Document #1394166 for an illustration of the location.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
