The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Unable to clear DTC C0563.

Recommendation/Instructions:

Electronically controlled rear air suspension modules and in some case air compressors are being replaced due to the inability to clear DTC C0563. Prior to replacing any components due to DTC C0563, be sure to perform a trim height calibration procedure as outlined in SI Document ID # 1618897 using the Tech 2. This procedure, in most cases, will clear the code.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
