The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
SERVICE VME
Should you have a customer report that the heated windshield washer system on their Arrival Blue Special Edition H2 failed to shut off, replace the solvent heater with part number 15949649. Refer to SI Document #1679852. The newly introduced Fusion Orange Special Edition vehicles are not affected.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
