Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 815899 Size: SH
  2. Remove the switch recepticle screws.

    3. Object Number: 815900 Size: SH
  3. Pull the switch recepticle from the instrument panel and disconnect the electrical connectors from the switch.

    4. Object Number: 1527401 Size: SH
  4. Remove the switch from the recepticle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 815943 Size: SH
  1. Install the switch to the recepticle.

    2. Object Number: 1527401 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the switch. Install the switch receptacle to the instrument panel.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 815899 Size: SH
  3. Install the switch recepticle screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  4. Install the instrument panel center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
