Removal Procedure
- Insert a flat-bladed tool at the top of the midgate hinge cover trim (2), between the midgate (1) and the trim cover (2) tab.
- Push up on the flat-bladed tool to release the midgate hinge trim cover (2) tab.
- Once the midgate hinge trim cover (1) tab is released , roll the midgate hinge trim cover (1) forward.
- Lift the hinge trim cover (1) up, in order to remove the midgate hinge trim cover off the hinge pin.
Installation Procedure
- Install the midgate hinge trim cover (1) to the midgate hinge pin.
- Roll the midgate hinge trim cover (2) up and snap into place.
- Ensure proper operation of the midgate (1).
