Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2008 🢒 H2 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Fuel Hose/Pipes Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Clean all the fuel pipe and hose connections and the surrounding areas before disconnecting in order to avoid possible contamination of the fuel system.
  2. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 863091 Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear fuel feed pipe and the evaporative emission pipe from the fuel sender and the fuel tank clips.
  4. Cap the fuel pipes in order to prevent possible fuel system contamination.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 863091 Size: SH
  1. Remove the caps from the fuel pipes.
  2. Connect the rear fuel feed pipe and the evaporative emission pipe to the fuel sender and the fuel tank clips.
  3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
