Power Sunroof Motor Replacement for HUMMER H2 2008

1. Remove the overhead roof console. Refer to Roof Console Replacement .
2. Remove the bolts (1) from the motor.
3. Disconnect the sunroof motor electrical connector (2).
4. Remove the motor from the sunroof module (3).

1. Synchronize the sunroof motor (3) and module assembly. Refer to Sunroof Track Timing/Synchronization .
2. Position the motor to the sunroof module.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

3. Install the bolts (1) to the motor.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

4. Verify proper operation of the sunroof.
5. Install the overhead roof console. Refer to Roof Console Replacement .
