Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Pipe Replacement Auxiliary Cooler to Cooler Pipe

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
  2. Remove the radiator lower grille. Refer to Lower Grille Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 2041156 Size: SH
  3. Remove the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1) from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  4. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  5. Remove the right front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement

    6. Object Number: 2041157 Size: SH
  6. Remove the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1) from the transmission fluid cooler pipe. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  7. Remove auxiliary cooler bolts and reposition. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement
  8. Remove the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2041157 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe to the vehicle.
  2. Install auxiliary cooler bolts and reposition. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement
  3. Install the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1) to the transmission fluid cooler pipe. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  4. Install the right front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement
  5. Lower the vehicle.

  6. Install the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1) to the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

  7. Install the radiator lower grille. Refer to Lower Grille Replacement
  8. Install the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .

Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Pipe Replacement Auxiliary Cooler to Radiator

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
  2. Remove the radiator lower grille. Refer to Lower Grille Replacement.

  3. Remove the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1)from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

    4. Object Number: 2040986 Size: SH
  4. Remove the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1) from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  5. Remove auxiliary cooler bolts and reposition. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement
  6. Remove the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe to the vehicle.
  2. Install auxiliary cooler bolts and reposition. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement
  3. Install the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1) to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

  4. Install the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe (1)to the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  5. Install the radiator lower grille. Refer to Lower Grille Replacement
  6. Install the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
